Technical Support Boundaries
We provide support related to issues of the server not
functioning within acceptable established parameters. We
cannot offer support for application specific
issues and application/server conflicts that may occur with
cgi, html, asp, php, mysql, or any other such issues.
Contact the authors of the code or consult a webmaster for intensive
help in these areas.
Ticket Submission Guidelines
Please check the Online Manual, Knowledge Base, and
Network Status pages before submitting a ticket. Include all
information needed to reproduce the undesirable effect in
your tickets. This may include the following:
Site down?
If you believe your site is down, always perform a Trace Route
from your computer to your domain to determine if the problem is the fault
of a down server you are routed through or with the server
hosting your site. Nearly 100% of the time the problem is
with a server you are being routed through and not with the
server hosting your site. If the problem is with a server
you are being routed through, there is nothing we can do as
we do not own, control, or have access to any other servers
except the one hosting your site. Wait until you are
rerouted around the down server or until it is fixed or
change ISP's. Please check the following:
- Trace Route
- Domain Name Status (expired?)
- Permissions On Files & Directories
